We have had a very difficult time at home this week and after my granddaughter gave permission for me to speak to your representative I found her attitude refreshing, caring, sympathetic yet very proffessional. Today all too often people on the phone are impatient with older people but the representative was wonderful. "I have to say guys, what a very friendly, efficient and above all helpful bunch you all are. I was very impressed. e.g I came to your office in the hope of collecting a cover note/certificate so that I could tax my newly acquired car. It was a bit late in the day and I was working against the clock. I didn't get the young lady's name, but she got me a new certificate, even though one had been posted (I got it the next morning) and when I said that I doubted I would get back to Romford town centre by 5pm when the post office shuts, she informed me that there was a nearer one in Hilldene Avenue and that it's actually open until 5.30pm. Consequently, the car got taxed that night and I slept soundly, knowing that I was all legal and sound. Fantastic service!! Thank you all!!."
